Our Company Commitment to Your Privacy
At Leerink Swann LLC (the "Firm"), we are committed to safeguarding customer information. Since your privacy is a priority to us, Leerink Swann LLC will not share nonpublic information about you ("Information") with third parties without your consent, except as explained in our Privacy Policy. This notice describes the Information we may gather, use, and retain, in addition to the circumstances under which we may share it.
Why We Collect and How We Use Information
We collect and use the information you provide us to: identify you; learn about your financial situation; and help us assess your needs and suitability for certain financial products and services.

We obtain most Information directly from you when you apply for, access, and use financial products and services offered by our Firm and our affiliates. The Information gathered may be obtained in person, by telephone, in writing, or electronically. We may verify this Information or get additional Information: from consumer reporting agencies (e.g. credit history, credit capacity) or public sources; others who act on your behalf on application forms and other means (e.g. assets, income); from transactions, interactions and/or experiences with us and our affiliates or others (e.g. the services provided, how you perform on your account); and from outside sources such as employers and others.
How We Protect Information
Our employees are required to protect the confidentiality of the Information provided to them. Customer Information is accessible only by the appropriate and authorized personnel who have a business and/or operational need for the Information. We use systems and procedures to protect Information, which comply with applicable laws.
Disclosure of Information
We may share Information we collect about present and former customers when disclosure is required by law or regulation (e.g. subpoena or court order, judicial process or regulatory process) and when we believe it is necessary for the conduct of our business. In addition, we may provide Information to third parties, such as service providers, to: provide business services for us, such as performing computer related or data maintenance or processing services for us or your broker; to facilitate the processing of transactions requested by you; to assist us in offering products and services to you; and for credit review and reporting purposes. Except for those limited situations outlined above, Leerink Swann LLC will not disclose any Information to any other third party and/or company without your consent. For example, we do not sell customer lists and we do not sell your name to catalogue companies. Third parties who have access to personal Information must agree to follow appropriate standards of security and confidentiality.
Applicability
This Privacy Policy pertains to all previous and existing customers of Leerink Swann LLC and to the products and services provided by our company in the U.S., used primarily for personal, family and household purposes and not for business purposes.
Access to and Correction of Information
You may request at any time to review the non-public Information about you that we maintain on file. Such requests may be made in person, by telephone, or in writing to your broker or the Privacy Officer at the following address:

Upon verification of its accuracy, the Firm will process requests to update and/or correct Information we maintain. Information collected in connection with, or in anticipation of, any claim or legal proceeding will not be made available.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy, and any of the policies described above, at any time. We will notify you of all changes, if any, when they arise. The examples contained within this Privacy Policy are illustrations; they are not intended to be exclusive. This notice complies with a Federal law and SEC regulations regarding privacy. You may have additional rights under other foreign or domestic laws that apply to you.
